We found John’s company on the internet and called when we needed a new liner. He came over two days later and was very respectful of our need for Covid restrictions. We picked out the liner, he gave us a detailed invoice, and we made a plan for installation. The water and liner removal was smooth but then a series of unfortunate events began due to ground water issues, ending up with multiple visits, delays as they tried different solutions, and finally ending with installation of a wellpoint system. And it was Thanksgiving week… John and his crew, Rocky and Reece, worked diligently to help us. John answered all texts immediately and was calming, creative and competent. They did not quit until the pool was perfect and beautiful and that included Saturday and Sunday visits. They went above and beyond and we highly recommend them.
